YOUR BODY KNOWS THE WAY

I’LL HELP YOU LISTEN

Breathwork, somatics, and nervous system support to help you come home to yourself — one breath, one moment at a time.

I Didn’t Always Feel Safe in My Body.

For years, I lived in my head — overthinking, overdoing, and overriding the whispers of my body.

Like so many of us, I learned to perform instead of feel.

To stay busy instead of slow down.

To be “fine” when I wasn’t.

I didn’t know that my nervous system

was calling for help —

or that my body was holding stories

I hadn’t yet made space to listen to.

Then I found breathwork.

Not the kind to enhance performance. But the kind that slowly guides you back to your own aliveness.

It cracked me open.

It softened the parts of me I had armored.

It gave me permission to feel what what I had shoved down for years.

And because of this, I continually get to meet a new version of myself.

I’m still human.

I still catch myself holding my breath.

I still overreact.

But I know how to come back home —

gently, again and again.

And I'm still learning that I don't have to do it all alone.

This work changed my life.

And now I hold space for others to return to themselves too.

My Journey Back Home

SCIENCE MEETS SOUL

Polyvagal Theory
Your nervous system is always scanning for safety. Understanding this helps us meet patterns with compassion, not judgment.

Window of Tolerance
Healing happens when your body feels safe enough to stay present. Breath and somatic practices gently expand this capacity.

Breath & the Nervous System
Conscious breathing shifts heart rate, vagal tone, and emotional state — helping you move from stress into calm.

Co-Regulation
We’re wired for connection. Safe presence and attunement remind your body it doesn’t have to do the work alone.

At Somatics & Soul, science and soul come together — guiding you back home to your body, again and again.

Somatics and Soul Sessions

I offer breathwork and somatic sessions to help you reconnect to the wisdom in your body.

Whether you're navigating stress, healing from trauma, or simply seeking deeper presence, this work begins with your nervous system’s permission to feel safe again.

Sessions are gentle, intuitive, and customized to what your body is ready for—never forced.

The Somatics and Soul Difference

This isn’t just about breathwork or somatics — it’s about how you relate to your body, your nervous system, and your wholeness.

I bring together science-backed tools, trauma-informed care, and deep intuitive presence to guide you gently home to yourself.

No pressure. No performance. Just space to soften, listen, and begin again.
