    Live, guided group experiences you can join from anywhere.

    Choose from somatic release breathwork, athletic performance sessions, functional breathing for deep sleep, or midday nervous system resets.

    Each offering is designed with intention — whether you’re looking to process, perform, unwind, or simply reconnect with your body.

    Offerings may include somatic release breathwork experiences, educational classes on functional breathing, and themed community events.

    Be part of something new.

    April’s case study will focus on Parent & Child Breathe Better Sessions — using functional breathing techniques to help support your child’s nervous system, focus, and respiratory health.

    Participants receive a discounted rate in exchange for feedback and collaboration as we refine this offering.

    Spots are limited and application-based.

March Group Zoom Sessions

  • Intro to Somatic Release Breathwork

    Fridays | 8:30–10:15 AM
    $45

    A guided group session using conscious connected breathing to support emotional release, nervous system reset, and deeper self-connection.

    More immersive than our functional breathing classes.

  • Bedtime Breath

    Thursdays | 8:30–9:15 PM

    $25

    An evening wind-down session focused on functional breathing for sleep.

  • Breathwork for Runners

    Thursdays | 8:00–8:45 AM (Zoom)
    $30 per session

    Each 45-minute session follows a focused, repeatable structure:
    a clear performance concept, guided technique breakdown, music-driven breath intervals, and practical tools you can apply every day.

  • Midday Reset

    Pause. Recenter. Keep going with ease.

    This nervous system tune-up helps release tension, reset breath patterns, and restore mental clarity—without crashing your energy.

  • Breaking Up With Good

    A Half-Day Mini Retreat

    Breaking Up With “Good” is a 4-hour immersive experience for women who are exhausted from over-functioning, and holding it all together.

    Join us for somatic release breathwork, somatic activated healing, and time for integration and reflection in community.

  • Introduction to Somatic Release Breathwork

    Stretchability | March 14th | 2:00–4:00 PM

    New to breathwork? This two-hour guided experience is designed specifically for beginners.

    You’ll learn the foundations of somatic release breathwork in a safe, supportive space—using intentional breathing, gentle movement, and music to help your body release stored stress and reconnect with ease. No experience necessary.

    Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask for comfort.
