a clear performance concept, guided technique breakdown, music-driven breath intervals, and practical tools you can apply every day. -

This nervous system tune-up helps release tension, reset breath patterns, and restore mental clarity—without crashing your energy.

Free and Fully Alive
Free & Fully Alive is a half-day retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and real. Through somatic breathwork, spinal flow, meditation, and intentional space, you’ll be guided through an experience that allows your body to release, settle, and come back into balance—at your own pace.

Introduction to Somatic Release Breathwork

New to breathwork? This two-hour guided experience is designed specifically for beginners.
You’ll learn the foundations of somatic release breathwork in a safe, supportive space—using intentional breathing, gentle movement, and music to help your body release stored stress and reconnect with ease. No experience necessary.
Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask for comfort.
