There’s a lot of messaging out there about “letting go”
and “breaking through.”
But the truth is
your body doesn’t open through force.
It opens through safety.
This experience is designed to create the kind of environment
where your body can actually let its guard down…
and begin to process what it’s been holding.
At your pace.
In your way.
With guidance you can trust.
What’s really happening in your body
Most people are carrying more than they realize.
Stress. Emotions. Tension.
Experiences that never fully processed.
That doesn’t just go away.
It stays in the body.
Sometimes it shows up as tightness.
Sometimes as patterns you can’t quite shift.
Sometimes as a constant feeling of being “on” or disconnected.
This work gives your body the space to finally move through it.
To release what’s been building.
To settle.
To come back into balance.
“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive. — Howard Thurman
Before we guide you into anything, we focus on one thing first:
You feeling safe in your body.
You’ll be supported with:
clear guidance on what to expect
understanding what sensations may arise
tools to regulate yourself in real time
full permission to move at your own pace
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is rushed.
We create the conditions
And your body leads.
What makes this experience different
Somatic Release Breathwork
This is a form of conscious, connected breathing that works beyond the thinking mind.
It allows you to access deeper layers of your body where stress, emotion, and memory are stored.
For some people, this looks like:
emotional release
physical sensations (tingling, movement, warmth)
or quiet internal shifts
There is no “right” experience.
You are guided the entire time.
Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow works with the nervous system through the spine.
When your body feels safe, it naturally begins to:
release tension
restore communication within the system
and shift toward regulation
This isn’t something you need to figure out.
It’s something your body responds to.
A full nervous system journey
This experience follows a natural rhythm your body already understands:
Grounding → feeling supported and safe
Activation → energy and emotion begin to surface
Release → the body completes stored stress responses
Integration → a return to calm, clarity, and balance
This is how your nervous system is designed to function it just doesn’t always get the space to do it.
What you might feel
(and why it’s okay)
This is one of the most important things to understand:
your experience is your own.
Some people feel a lot.
Some people feel very little.
Both are valid.
During the session, you may notice:
tingling in your hands, feet, or face
changes in temperature (hot or cold)
emotional waves (tears, laughter, or nothing at all)
the urge to move, stretch, or make sound
moments of stillness, calm, or even resistance
All of this is normal.
These are simply signs that your nervous system is activating and processing.
And if anything ever feels like too much
you will have tools to slow down, ground, and return to safety.
You are always in control of your experience.

-
Intentional Structure
This experience is designed with care.
We guide you step-by-step so you understand what’s happening in your body, what you may feel, and how to support yourself throughout.
There’s a balance of guidance and space
so you feel held, but never controlled. -
Collaborative Energy
This isn’t a space where you have to sit quietly.
It’s a space where you’re allowed to be human.
There’s power in being in a room where others are also choosing to slow down, feel, and reconnect.
You’re not doing this alone.
-
Attuned Facilitation
We are actively holding the room the entire time.
That means reading the energy, supporting your nervous system, and meeting you where you are—moment by moment.
You are not pushed.
You are supported. -
A Space That Feels Safe
Safety isn’t something we assume—it’s something we create.
Through clear guidance, consent-based support, and a grounded presence, this space is designed so your body can soften instead of brace.
Because when your body feels safe…
everything changes.
I really enjoyed the experience and I will definitely do it again as it opened me up to release emotions that were held deep in side. I left feeling relaxed.
-Dawn“Your session was priceless. Been practicing your suggested breathing techniques. Super helpful!”
-Christina SI came into Dori’s breathwork session feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Her clear, calming guidance made every step easy to follow. With gentle cues and soothing music, I was able to fully relax. I left the mat clear-headed, uplifted, and in a much better mood. Highly recommend her sessions!
