February – July 2026

Unbecome who you were taught to be.
Return to the rhythm of your breath, your body, and your inner safety.

This Is Not a Course.

It’s a slow return to your nervous system.

If you’ve done the therapy, the journaling, the mindset work—but still feel like your body hasn’t caught up…
this container was designed for you.

Rewild & Reclaim is a six-month, trauma-informed somatic immersion that blends:

  • Deep somatic breathwork

  • Functional breathing practices

  • Nervous system education

  • Habit and ritual support

  • Spacious integration in community

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about creating the internal conditions where regulation, clarity, and self-trust can actually stay.

Two people are partially visible on the sides, one with hands on the laptop and the other with hands on the notebook.

This Container Is For You If:

You feel chronically “on,” overwhelmed, or emotionally tired

  • You’ve learned a lot intellectually—but your body still reacts

  • You want nervous system tools that work in real life, not just in sessions

  • You crave depth, safety, and consistency—not another quick breakthrough

  • You’re ready to soften, regulate, and rebuild trust with your body

You don’t need to push harder.
You need a nervous system that knows how to settle.

Our Story

Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose. Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

How the 6 Months Unfold

Rewild & Reclaim moves through eight core somatic themes across six months.
Rather than rushing from one topic to the next, each theme is layered, revisited, and integrated over time—the way nervous system healing actually works.

Emotional freedom & sensory pleasure
Month 3 — EMPOWER

Confidence, boundaries & agency
Agency returns through the body—not force or performance.

Month 4 — OPEN

Connection, compassion & coherence
Relational patterns soften through co-regulation and group resonance.

Month 5 — SEE

Intuition, clarity & inner guidance
You learn to read your body’s signals with discernment and trust.

Month 6 — INTEGRATE

Embodied wholeness & lasting change
Nothing new is added. We stabilize, reinforce, and embody what’s shifted.

Throughout all six months, trust and integration are constant threads.

Month 1 — GROUND

Safety, presence & regulation
We establish felt safety, slow the system, and create a stable foundation.

1

Month 2 — FLOW

Emotional freedom & sensory pleasure
Sensation and emotion begin to move without overwhelm.

2

Our products aren’t just nice to look at—they’re built to integrate into your life with ease, purpose, and durability.

3

We choose materials that are as thoughtful as the products themselves—sustainable, durable, and made to perform.
