Pre-Assessment + Ritual Mapping Session
We begin by understanding your patterns, daily rhythms, emotional thresholds, and nervous system baselines. You’ll share your story so I know how to help you begin to shift it.
30-Minute Intro Call
This is where we set the tone, your goals, and what your version of reclamation might look and feel like.
8 Transformational Somatic Breathwork Sessions (2 hours each)
Every session is a sacred, guided journey using conscious connected breath to help surface, release, and rewire. This is where the “unbecoming” happens.
8 Integration Sessions (20 minutes each)
One week after each journey, we meet to reflect, ground, and integrate. Because the medicine isn’t just in the moment—it’s in what follows and you are guided every step of the way.
1 Habit & Habit Support Session (1 hour)
We co-create somatic habits that match your nervous system capacity—not your inner critic’s expectations. We build practices that stick, and feel good in your body.
