What is Somatic Release Breathwork?

Somatic release breathwork uses a powerful, conscious connected breath pattern to shift your physiology. Through a specific two- or three-part breath, we alter your blood chemistry — reducing prefrontal cortex dominance (your monkey mind) and activating more primitive, embodied brain regions.

This shift helps your nervous system:

  • Access and process suppressed emotions

  • Release stored tension, trauma, and survival patterns

  • Rewire your baseline toward safety, trust, and expression

You may cry, laugh, tremble, shout, feel deep stillness, or connect to something greater than yourself.

We drop in together — through conversation, a brief body scan, and an intention that guides your journey.

Somatic Breath Journey
You’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing patterns, set to a custom-curated playlist that mirrors your emotional landscape: building, peaking, and softening. This isn’t a generic playlist. Sometimes it’s tribal and deep. Sometimes it’s Disney. Sometimes it’s weird. But it always seems to fit the client.

Integration & Reflection
We gently land the session with space for rest, journaling, or processing.
