Hi, I’m Dori Grace.

spent years living in my head—anxious, overthinking, and pushing myself forward no matter how disconnected I felt. Breathwork was the first practice that helped me drop back into my body and actually stay there. Slowly, my body became a place of safety instead of something to override. That awareness sparked a cascade of meaningful changes, and it’s why I now help others reconnect with their bodies as a pathway to real transformation.

I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, are ready for real change but don’t want surface-level fixes.

My work centers around breathwork, somatic release, and nervous system regulation—because lasting change doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from learning how to work with your body instead of against it.

Through somatic release breathwork, functional breathing practices, and trauma-informed nervous system education, I help clients:

  • release stored stress and emotion

  • feel safer in their bodies

  • regulate their nervous systems

  • breathe more efficiently in daily life

  • and reconnect with clarity, presence, and resilience

This work is science-informed, grounded, and deeply human. It’s not about pushing, forcing, or reliving trauma—it’s about creating enough safety for the body to do what it already knows how to do.

I now do this work full time, offering 1:1 sessions, group experiences, and specialized breathwork support for individuals, teams, and athletes. Every session is guided with care, clarity, and respect for your unique nervous system.
