My Journey Back Home

I used to live entirely in my head—anxious, overthinking, pushing through everything. Breathwork was the first thing that helped me soften, release, and reconnect to myself. Now my body feels like home.

I began studying the nervous system, trauma-informed somatics, breath mechanics, polyvagal theory, and the science of emotional release.

Today, I guide others through the same transformation gently, safely, and with deep respect for your nervous system.

Your body already knows how to heal. I’m here to help you remember. To hold the space while you do the inner work.

 FAQs

  • Breathwork is the practice of using intentional breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, release suppressed emotions, and return to deeper embodiment.

At Somatics & Soul, breathwork is paired with somatic tools, sound, and trauma-informed space-holding to guide you through profound healing and reconnection.

  • Each session includes:

    • Grounding + intention setting

    • Breath education

    • A guided breath journey

    • Optional sound, movement, or journaling

    • Integration + space to share (if you choose)

    • A quiet, private space

    • A blanket, pillow, and a comfortable place to lie down

    • Deep calm or emotional clarity

    • Energized — or emotionally tired (like after a good cry)

    • Creative insights, vivid dreams, or spaciousness

Integration is part of the practice. Allow space for it.
